How does the manufacturer’s warranty work with Asan Service?

Most mobile phones purchased new come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects due to parts or workmanship, generally up to one year from the date of purchase. During this time, Asan Service will refer you to the manufacturer if there’s an issue with your mobile phone that is covered by the warranty so that they can resolve it. you may also submit your mobile into service center by using  Asan Logistics Service.

Asan Service coverage begins immediately after the manufacturer’s warranty expires (there is no gap in coverage).

Year 1: Covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty for the first year.
Year 2: Coverage is extended by Asan Service for one extra year.
